Return & Refund Policy


We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you!

Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Thorat Tech and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.


When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. An administrative fee will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page on our site. Thorat Tech may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.

Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Thorat Tech has no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Customer’s web site may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity. Some search engines and directories may take as long as two (2) to four (4) months, and in some cases longer, after commencement of plan to list and/or update Customer’s website. Occasionally, search engines and directories will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason.

Thoat Tech is not responsible for changes made to Customer’s web site by other parties that adversely affect the search engine or directory rankings of Customer’s web site.

Steps to return your order :–

Step 1. Fill up the Contact Form with the subject Return/Exchange.

Step 2. If you are eligible for return/exchange, you will receive an e-mail on your e-mail id which you have mentioned in the form within 2 days.
